Yoga Basics brings balance, strength, and calmness to your body using postures in combination with the breath.
Included in the classes: warmup followed by variations of sun salutations, standing postures, balancing postures, twists, forward and back-bending, sitting postures, postures lying down on your yoga mat and inversions. Modifications are offered for different levels. Finishing with deep relaxation, leaving one feeling refreshed.
Yoga Basic is great for students who prefer a relaxed yoga style where they hold poses for a couple of breaths.
Language of instruction: swdish or english, depending on the students preferences.
