I am a certified yoga teacher and the owner of Yogamaya. Yoga helps me stay present and mindful, both physically and mentally. Through my practice, I have become stronger and more flexible in both body and mind, and I have learned to listen inward.
All levels are welcome to my classes, where the focus is on tuning into your own body, connecting with your breath, and finding stillness.

Isabelle Svenn
I am a certified yoga teacher (200 hours) and teach Yin Yoga at Yogamaya. I am interested in everything related to health, from the physical body to personal development and the well-being of the soul. Yoga has been a part of my life for many years; I have explored various styles and found my way to yin yoga. My aim is to create a calm atmosphere with space for relaxation and a focus on both the outer and inner self. You are warmly welcome to join my yin yoga!

Petra Autio
I teach Yin Yoga at Yogamaya. I am a certified yoga teacher (500H RYT) and Reiki master.
My classes have a clear focus on stilling the body and mind – finding stillness. My classes are suitable for beginners as well as those who have been practicing yoga for a long time. It’s not your body that should fit the movements we do, but the movements that should be adapted to your body.
For me, yoga is free from performance, and it’s not something I “do” on a yoga mat – it’s an attitude toward life. What yoga gives me is with me all the time. I hope to be able to pass this feeling on to those who attend my classes!

Linda Szöke
I am certified Peak Pilates 3rd level teacher, Yoga teacher (400h), dance and other certified movement teacher. I have been practicing all kind of excercise and movements all in my life. I teach Classical Pilates in Yogamaya. Yoga and Pilates are big part of my life for years. I truly believe that the body and mind need a connection to each other for both to grow.
