Nicolina Peth

I am a certified yoga teacher and the owner of Yogamaya. Yoga helps me stay present and mindful, both physically and mentally. Through my practice, I have become stronger and more flexible in both body and mind, and I have learned to listen inward.

All levels are welcome to my classes, where the focus is on tuning into your own body, connecting with your breath, and finding stillness.

Teaching: Flow, Soft Flow, and Yin Yoga.

I am a certified yoga teacher (200 hours) and teach Yin Yoga at Yogamaya. I am interested in everything related to health, from the physical body to personal development and the well-being of the soul. Yoga has been a part of my life for many years; I have explored various styles and found my way to yin yoga. My aim is to create a calm atmosphere with space for relaxation and a focus on both the outer and inner self. You are warmly welcome to join my yin yoga!

Veera Rosendahl

My name is Veera Rosendahl, and I am a doctoral researcher in Public Law at the University of Vaasa. I am originally from Turku, and I have gained much of my life wisdom through my experiences in Indonesia—both through my studies and my work. I found my own path intothe depths of yoga while traveling in Indonesia, and the journey culminated in Bali, where I completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training.

“Life is a precious yet fragile gift that must be cherished. Life is us, and each of us is unique. It would be dull if we were all the same. There is something fascinating about how paradoxical it
is to look far into the distance while at the same time looking deeply within oneself—for the power that guides us to take even the smallest step on our own path is found within us, in our true self.”

Welcome to join the journey toward discovering your inner strength.
