I am a certified yoga teacher (500 hours) and the owner of Yogamaya. Yoga helps me stay present and mindful, both physically and mentally. Through my practice, I have become stronger and more flexible in both body and mind, and I have learned to listen inward.
All levels are welcome to my classes, where the focus is on tuning into your own body, connecting with your breath, and finding stillness.

300-hour certified yoga teacher since 2020. For me, yoga is a pause from everyday life, a time when both body and mind can rest and be gently strengthened with awareness. This is the feeling I strive to share with those who attend my classes.

I am a certified yoga teacher (200 hours) and teach Yin Yoga at Yogamaya. I am interested in everything related to health, from the physical body to personal development and the well-being of the soul. Yoga has been a part of my life for many years; I have explored various styles and found my way to yin yoga. My aim is to create a calm atmosphere with space for relaxation and a focus on both the outer and inner self. You are warmly welcome to join my yin yoga!

I teach Yin Yoga at Yogamaya. I am a certified yoga teacher (500H RYT) and Reiki master.
My classes have a clear focus on stilling the body and mind – finding stillness. My classes are suitable for beginners as well as those who have been practicing yoga for a long time. It’s not your body that should fit the movements we do, but the movements that should be adapted to your body.
For me, yoga is free from performance, and it’s not something I “do” on a yoga mat – it’s an attitude toward life. What yoga gives me is with me all the time. I hope to be able to pass this feeling on to those who attend my classes!

Leena Ivars
My name is Leena. I completed my first yoga teacher training (RYT, 200h) from the Somaya Academy in August 2020 and have since then been teaching yoga. The most beautiful essence of yoga is the breath, how the breath moves in you, moves you and connects your body & mind together. I am here to support you to flow with your breath. In my heart I have a special place for yoga. Yoga has helped me to create more space within myself and to find inner balance. Today I am more present in the small moments of life. I teach in Swedish, Finnish and English, depending on the yogis in the class.

I am Katja Majaniemi, a cosmetologist from Sulva. I offer holistic facial and body treatments at my own salon, BELLA SANDVIK. I also provide Sound Healing sessions for various groups. I first encountered Sound Healing and singing bowls in 2015 while living in Germany, and I was immediately captivated. Sound and its resonance hold incredible power.
