Yoga Basics uses classical yoga postures in combination with the breath, often in a slow but flowing way, to develop strenght and flexibility in the body and awareness in the mind.
Included in the classes: warmup, followed by variations of sun salutations, standing postures, balancing postures, twists, forward and back-bending, sitting postures, postures lying down on your yoga mat and inversions. Modifications are offered for different levels. Finishing with deep relaxation, leaving one feeling refreshed.
Yoga Basic is great for students who prefer a relaxed yoga style where they hold poses for a couple of breaths.
