I believe that Yoga has something for everybody and my classes are suitable for both beginners and more experienced yogis. I would be honoured to be a part of Your journey.

I got my 200 H RYT Yoga Teacher Exam from Somaya Academy in 2020. I am on my way to 500 H Yoga Teacher exam. Reiki Master according to Usui Shiki Ryoho method. Always a student.

When Yoga found me I immediately fell in love with the movements and the connection to the breath. When I am on my mat I close my eyes and I relax.

I give classes in hatha, yin and restorative yoga, pranayma and meditation.

My yoga teacher profile is grounded in the notion that yoga can supprt us in many ways, borth mentally and physically – help us to grow and to keep and increase our flexibility, movability and strenght. To open up the body, to find joy in the movements and to find calmness within.

I am Reiki Master according to Usui Shiki Ryoho method of natural healing and I got my first degree in 2012 and my master in August 2023. Reiki helped me through my pregnancy anxiety. I have learned a lot about myself through reiki, so much has been unfolded in a way that has helped me come to terms with who I am, and also why.

I believe that Yoga and Reiki have healing properties that can support us if we choose to open our hearts and receive.
