Deep relaxation acts as effective stress management, enabling you to release mental and physical tension that lingers inside your body. With the help of Yoga we can all find ways to relax.
With this said we want to welcome you to Yogamaya´s mini-retreat a Saturday in the deepest of winter. We want to give you the opportunity to relax together with us.
